There I copied and pasted the scam e-mail I received (with sender info, IP address, the whole works).
Today I got the following reply:

Jak założyć konto w skrill?
Aby założyć konto w skrill należy mieć ukończone 18 lat i posiadać adres e-mail.
- Przejdź na stronę skrill i wypełnij formularz rejestracyjny poprawnymi danymi. Zwróć szczególną uwagę na wybraną walutę gdyż po dokonaniu pierwszej transakcji nie będzie można jej zmienić.

How to open a skrill account

If you wish to withdraw funds from your trading account to your moneybookers (skrill) account, you must complete a request in myfxtm.
How to withdraw funds from your forextime (FXTM) account
- Select fund withdrawals from the upper menu in myfxtm. Once you make sure that you have selected "withdrawal" as the "transfer type" in the form that opens up, choose the trading account you wish to make the withdrawal from. In "transfer method", select "moneybookers (skrill)".
- Choose the currency that you would like to make the withdrawal in, in "moneybookers (skrill) currency". Before filling out the rest of the form and clicking "confirm", please ensure that you have read our withdrawal conditions.
